EASTHAMPTON - Sally (Peterson) Lampron, 62, of Treehouse Circle, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, Aug. 18, 2014.

She was born in Sacramento, California, on Dec. 28, 1951, the daughter of the late Walter and Irene (Smith) Peterson. She moved to Massachusetts with her family as a child and was raised in the Northampton area. Sally worked at the VA Medical Center in Leeds for 15 years in the library.
She took time from a career to raise her daughters, Kate and Rebecca, who she loved very much. Sally returned to work and began a long career as a home health aide and personal care attendant for many years for several local health care groups as well as private duty for several area families.
She leaves her daughters, Rebecca Lampron of Bernardston and Kate Church of Gloucester. She also leaves her dear sister, Lorna Joly of Westhampton, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours. The family invites you to join them directly at Bridge Street Cemetery, Northampton, on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. for the Rite of Christian Burial with Rev. Peter Ives, Celebrant.
