Jessica Snarr
June 18, 1986 - December 31, 2013

Jessica passed into the loving arms of her mama on December 31, 2013.
Jessica was born on June 18, 1986, to Heidi Alley Snarr in Fort Collins, Colorado. Jessica came to this world with numerous physical challenges and showed incredible strength of character in dealing with those every day of her life. Jessica was a hero in every sense of the word. She wasn't always thrilled about trying something new, but she did it anyway! Jess had been on a zipline and a horse, she'd ridden in a canoe, camped in the wilderness and stretched her "limits" daily in ways most of us never consider. Jessica had a loving heart and an amazing spirit. Jessica touched the hearts and lives of hundreds of people. Our lives have all been improved by the gift of having Jessica in them.
Jessica's family includes her Uncles Tim and Brian and her Aunt Ann. Jessica also blessed the lives of her second family, Grandma Enis Hughes, Jerry and Laurie Noe and siblings, Todd (Jena) Noe, Tammie (Thayne) Doyle, Amanda Dimmick, Jake Huddleston, Seth Huddleston, Ethan Huddleston, Kadan Noe, Kyler Noe and Kelby Noe, numerous nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts. She is also survived by her extended family of dear friends and caregivers who brightened her days and gave her the best possible care and love. The family would also like to extend a special thank-you to the amazing care staff at Saint Mary's Hospital who eased her passage through these difficult final days. Thanks also to the doctors and therapists who have cared for her for many years.
Jessica is preceded in death by her mother, Heidi and her grandparents.
A celebration of her life will be held at Crossroads United Methodist Church at 30 Rd. and F Rd. in Grand Junction, January 11th 2014 at 4 p.m. Please wear your purple (Jessica's favorite color!) and join us to share our thanks for Jessica's remarkable life.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Western Colorado Botanical Gardens and Butterfly House. Jessica worked in this amazing place and loved it a lot! Arrangements are under the care of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, CO.
