Kathleen May Horn

Kathleen May Horn, 85, of Grand Junction, CO, went home with the Lord March 9, 2014.
She was born on September 30, 1928, in Newmarket, England to Thomas and Beatrice Timmins.
Kathleen has lived in Grand Junction area for more than 35 years. She worked at CoorsTek as a supervisior for 12 years and retired from the company.
Kathleen was a long time member of the First Christian Church and was very faithful about visiting all her friends for special occasions or just to say hello. Kathleen loved working in her yard and gardening. She had a green thumb especially with roses.
She is survived by her brothers, Colin of Englad; Billy of Englad; Frank Timmins of Newmarket; sister, Jean Marsh of England, and sister-in-law, Joan Timmins of England; her grandson, Matthew Horn, and Matthew's best friend, Tony Jackson who have lived with her for the last three years and many other nieces and nephews.
Cremation has been completed and a Memorial will be held at First Christian Church, 1326 N. 1st St., Grand Junction, CO on Friday, March 14 at 3:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Orchard Mesa Cemetery at a later date.
