Maurice Stout Obituary

Maurice W. (Bud) Stout August 13, 1937 - March 14, 2009 Bud, 71 Tok, Alaska was born August 13, 1937 to Hazel and Edwin Stout in Grand Junction, Colo. He attended schools in Clifton and Palisade, Colorado. After school, he enlisted in the Navy and served as an electrician on several ships. After serving his term in the Navy he was married to Rebecca Rowland in 1960. He was employed as an electrician for Kerr Coal Company of Cameo, Colorado the US Government at Tatalina Air Force Station in Alaska, also the Army and Petroleum Distribution office in Tok and Haines, Alaska. He retired from the US Army Petroleum Distribution office in Anchorage, Alaska in 1988. Bud enjoyed hunting and fishing in the remote areas of Alaska. Besides, Becky of the home he is survived by his mother, Hazel Stout of Palisade, Colorado, one sister Betty (Vern) Shelton of Gresham, Oregon, One stepson Michael (Laurie) Allex of Ft. Collins, Colorado and numerous nephews and nieces. He passed away March 14, 2009 and cremation has taken place.
