Mindi Lee Eldridge December 20, 1967 – February 24, 2013 Mindi Eldridge of Loma, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the age of 45. She was born Mindi Lee Watson in Denver on December 20, 1967, to Kent Watson and Eva (Jodi) Whitcomb and grew up in Denver. On June 1, 2001, she married Ed Eldridge and to this union two children were born, her daughter, Madison, and son, Evan. Mindi was the owner of Maddie Maes Hot Dog Stand. She will fondly be remembered for serving her great hot dogs and kraut dogs at Country and Rock Jam and the Fruita Fall Festival. Mindi always had a giving spirit and gave much of her time volunteering at Loma Elementary where her children attended school. Survivors include her husband, Ed of Loma; daughter, Madison (age 11); son, Evan (age 10); father, Kent Watson; brother, Darrin McGowen, and sister, Ronni Termentozzi. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jodi. A memorial service will be held this Saturday, March 2 at 11:00 a.m. at the Westgate Free Will Baptist Church, 543 31 Road.
