He gives you the people you need.

Natalie slipped away from us unexpectedly on June 4, 2014 from complications of unknown causes.
Natalie was a senior at Orland High School and actively participated in FFA. Natalie was just shy of completing her 4 year flock growing project with FFA that grew 19 sheep.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marcia Anne Hansen in 2011.
She is survived by her father Burns Smock of Orland; siblings, Jacob Hansen-Smock of Orland, and sister, Jolene Dawson and family of Chico; paternal grandmother, Lavonda Smock of Orland, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins from the Smock family.
She is survived also by her siblings, Devin Alexis and Veronika Conn of Oroville; maternal grandparents, Nancy Hansen of Sacramento; Keith and Brenda Hansen of Princeton; aunt Linda Hansen of Sacramento; uncle, KC and aunt Karen Hansen of Orland; and many cousins.
She loved going to Dutch Bros: eating Chinese food and s'mores; barrel racing; riding her horse, Dude; she loved all animals, big and small; going to country-western concerts; hanging out with family and friends; and she loved going places.
She always had a smile on her face. She never got mad and if she did, she had a great way of laughing it off. She was such a great helper, always willing to help with whatever needed to be done. She loved being silly and had a great, fun-loving personality.
She looked forward to graduating from Orland High School on June 12th. She had planned on attending Butte College in the fall and wanted to become a Veterinary Technician. She was very excited about getting a job and buying a car this summer.
A viewing will take place on June 13, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. at F.D. Sweet & Sons Mortuary in Orland. A celebration of Natalie's life will be held at the Orland High School gymnasium Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., immediately following, will be a gathering at the Orland Fire Department, both are open to the public. A private burial will follow that afterno
