Larry and I shared an experience, not at the same area, time or hull number. We met at a
Meeting of several St. Louis SWIFT BOAT Veterans and shared experiences with each other.
I pray we both grew and helped one another, I know he encouraged me, and I will always
Remember him and be thankful that we met, and by the Grace of God...meet again!
Hand Salute, RIP Chief✝✝

I will miss his letters to the editor in the Belleville News Democrat very much. He wrote his opinion with intelligence and love of this country. May he rest in peace; job well done.

One of the nicest things that has happened to me during my 28 years in AA is learning to know Larry. Ironically, we went to high school together; but it took our AA connections to develop what I consider a close friendship. Larry"really knew" our program. We didn't always agree but I always knew I could depend on him as he could depend on me. I shall miss him terribly.
