He has made Water Valley his home for many years and until he retired, due to his health, Brett worked at Baptist Memorials doing landscaping. He was also previously employed by Tom Green County. Brett was a Godly man and was very faithful to his Lord. He was a member of House of Faith. Everyone who knew Brett would testify that he was truly a genuine and loving man. He loved everyone and they loved him. Brett was especially fond of his son, Keith, who he called "little man". The two of them were inseparable and spent lots of time playing, fishing and just simply taking good care of each other. Keith was his reason for living! He was preceded in death by his father; and one son, Brett Amzior Wilson Jr., who passed away at the age of 11 months. Brett is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Lucitta Wilson of Water Valley; his son, Keith "little man" Lewis, of the home; his mother, Bessie Wilson of Water Valley; daughters Julie Wilson and Melissa Wilson, both of California; his stepchildren, Keith Lewis and partner April Houston of Winters, Melissa Simmons of Dallas, Joshua Johnson of Water Valley and Jeremiah Simmons of Dallas; brother Randel Wilson Jr. and wife Jeanne of Ozona; and aunts Elwanda McNabb and Ann King and husband Bill.
