Jamie Joe Bible

COLEMAN Jamie Joe Bible, 51, of Richmond, Texas, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012. Joe was born in Brownwood, Texas. He grew up in San Angelo and graduated from Lake View High School in 1980. He married his high school sweetheart and together they attended college. Joe received his bachelor's degree from Tarleton State University and his master's degree in educational administration from Texas A&M Commerce. Joe dedicated his life to education as a teacher, mentor and principal. He was a lifetime member of the Coleman Masonic Lodge. Joe loved the outdoors and spent time with his family farming and ranching or hunting and fishing. Joe touched the lives of many people during his life on earth. He will be truly missed. He is survived by his wife, Debbie, and their son, Cole, of Richmond, Texas; their son, Kyle, of Golden, Colo.; his parents, James and Dixie Bible of Coleman, Texas; his sister, Deborah Becker and her husband, Terry, of Frisco, Texas; his maternal grandmother, Carmilla Baugh of Santa Anna, Texas; his father-in-law, Hollis Gill and his wife, Carolyn; his brother-in-law, Dean Gill of Gainesville, Texas; his brother-in-law, Daniel Gill of Navasota, Texas; his sister-in-law, Deanna Beauchamp and her husband, Kirk, of Navasota, Texas; and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dick Baugh and Dorothy and Claude Bible, all of Santa Anna, Texas. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan, Coleman, Texas. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at First United Methodist Church, 500 W. Liveoak, Coleman, Texas, with the Rev. Mike Kerzee and the Rev. Brad Slaten officiating. Euglogy will be given by Richard McCarson. There will be a Masonic service in the Cleveland Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to Cleveland Cemetery Association, 303 S. Lee, Santa Anna, TX 76878.
