SAN ANGELO Beauty Mae Carson-McNally (Wookie Mae), 75, of San Angelo, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Beauty Mae was born on April 29, 1937, in Eola, Texas, to Willie and Lucille Carson. Beauty was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Willie Carson, Tom "TC" Carson; sisters Kathleen Powell, Alberta Wesley, Alice Carson; and son Ronnie Carson. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Claude McNally; sisters Ora Lee Brown, Joyce Brown; brother Connie Carson; sons James Carson of Irving, Texas, and Claude Carson (Johanna); and daughters Ermalinda Jenkins (Charles), Beauty Minix (Ray), all of San Angelo, Texas, and Twila O'Bike of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Viewing will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2012. Family visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor John Pope officiating. Burial will follow in Delta Cemetery.
