SAN ANGELO Helen C. Budden, 83 years old, went to be with Jesus on Friday, April 11, 2014, surrounded by family and friends. Helen was a wonderfully loving person with a sincerely sweet beautiful soul. She had a wicked sense of humor appreciated by others. She was a homemaker until her husband passed away. Her greatest joy was sharing her relationship with Jesus Christ with others. She gave a Bible to anyone who needed one. She won mother of the year in the early nineties. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; her son, Ken Budden; and her favorite son-in-law, Billy Evans.
