Lawson G. Henderson, 83, of Williamstown, died Monday, April 14, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood.
He was the only child of the late Lewis and Irene Gardner Henderson.
He was a budget and forecasting accountant for Procter and Gamble Company for over 38 years. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean conflict, a deacon and former financial committee chairman of the Williamstown Baptist Church, a former treasurer for the Mt. Healthy Baptist Church and a member of W.I.S.E. Trust Fund Board.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Patsy S. Henderson; sons, Gary L. Henderson of Williamstown, Scott M. (Sharon) Henderson of Union and David Todd (Jean) Henderson of Cincinnati; granddaughters, Shelley (Joel) Zang, Sarah Bernardini, Tess Henderson and Brynne Henderson and two great-grandchildren, Gianna Bernardini and Jackson Zang.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 and funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 18 at the Elliston – Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.
Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
