Nelda Crump Obituary

Nelda Ruth Crump, 85, of Grant County, died Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in Cynthiana.
She was born in Grant County, on Nov. 7, 1929 and was the daughter of the late William Marshall and Ora Scroggin Crump.
Survivors include her brother, Joe Crump of Hebron; a sister, Luella Bender of Germantown, OH and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Clara Watson and brother, Charles Crump and special lifelong friend, Jim Bressert.
A member of the Williamstown Baptist Church, she was a lifelong "caregiver" in every thing she did, helping people throughout her life, with housekeeping, daycare, and even assisting at the Coates Funeral Home. She retired from the Grant County School System in June of 1992 where she served as an aide in the special education classes.
Funeral services were held on March 14, 2015 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.
Burial was in Williamstown Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Williamstown Baptist Church or the Hospice of the Bluegrass, Cynthiana.
