CLACKAMAS, Ore. Jacob Roy Arntson, 7 of Clackamas, Ore., died in a crash east of Hood River on Dec. 31.
A celebration for Jake's life is 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, at Clackamas High School Gym in Clackamas, Ore. Private interment is at Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland, Ore. Arrangements are entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Ore.
Jake was born on July 5, 2005, in Portland, Ore., to John and Tracy (Croce) Arntson. Jake was a student at Oregon Trail Elementary and brought much light into the world and touched so many lives as a friend and classmate. Jake will be missed, but his bright eyes and big smile will forever live on in our hearts.
Jake is survived by his parents, John and Tracy Arntson of Clackamas Ore.; sister, Rylee Mae; grandparents, Roger and Ellen Arntson of Great Falls, Sandee and Pinky Piluso of Aumsville, Ore., and Forrest Croce of Elm City, N.C.; aunts and uncles include Tony and Robyn Arntson, Jeff and Joanie Agamenoni, Karen Piluso, Christopher Brennen and Aaron and Tammy Croce; cousins, Troy and Ryan Arntson, Edin and Adam Agamenoni and Madelaine Koller; and Jake's dog Bates.
