95, died of natural causes at the Columbus Hosp. in Columbus, MT. on Jan. 31. Memorial service 11:00 A.M. Friday/Feb. 7 at New Beginnings Luth. Church in Rudyard with a reception to follow. Arr's by Rockman Funeral Home, Chester. Ken was born 7/10/1918 in Great Falls to Thomas & Constance Boucher. He grew up in Inverness & graduated from H.S. in 1936 in the same class as his future wife of 72 years, Reba E. Han. During WWII Ken served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater as part of the Luzon Borneo campaign in South Philippines. After his military discharge in 1946, the Bouchers moved to Rudyard. Soon after they acquired a farm east of town, where they worked and raised a family of four. In 2004 they moved to Billings. Survivors are his 4 children, Carol Anderson (John Schwechten) of Bend, OR, Nyda Wolery (Ken) of Columbus, Byron Boucher (Kathy) of Rudyard, and Jayme Schlepp (Keven VanDyken) of Bozeman; 16 grdchildren; 31 gt-grd-children; 5 gt-gt-grdchildren; and a large extended family. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, wife (Reba in 2012), brother (Thomas Jr.), and son-in-law (Dennis Schlepp). Memorials may be given to the New Beginnings Luth. Church in Rudyard or the Hi-Line Health Fdn. in Chester. Ken's ashes will be buried with military rites at the Rudyard Cemetery with his wife.
