Michael Murray Laden

HELENA Michael "Mick" Murray Laden of Helena, formerly of Cut Bank, who loved teachning and taught school in Glendive for four years and in Cut Bank for 31 more years and was an avid outdoorsman who loved to take his boys hunting and fishing and enjoyed building things, died of ALS Sunday, Dec. 2, in a local hospital.

Burial is 1:30 p.m. today in the Mountain View Cemetery in Dillon, with a reception to follow at the Presbyterian Church in Dillon. There also will be a memorial service 11 a.m. Friday at the Community Bible Church, Cut Bank, with a reception to follow at the South East Campus at 522 1st St SE.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Geni; three sons, Scott of Havre, Rhett of Rapid City, S.D., and Jarett of Helena; one sister, Judy George of Monte Vista, Colo.; and four grandchildren.
