JoAnn was born Feb. 8, 1934, in Denver, Colo. As a young girl, she worked at the May Co. in Denver. She married Richard F. Bush in Denver in 1954.
While living in Ramstein, Germany, she worked at the craft shop on base, which eventually resulted in her husband and her opening their own ceramic shop, 2 B's Ceramics, in Great Falls. During the day, she worked at the Home Insurance Co. in Great Falls, and retired from H.W. Distributors.
Wherever she lived, JoAnn was always a Scout leader for both Boys and Girl Scouts, until her own children had all left home.
If there was a craft to be done, she would try it. Her favorite crafts involved beads and/or plastic canvas. She also loved to travel with her husband every summer in their RV, whether going to pow-wows or visiting family in other states.
She dearly loved her husband, children and grandchildren and many friends who will miss her smile.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents, Laurence and Florence Monahan.
