Browning —Loretta Laron Marceau StillSmoking 68 passed away January 16th, 2014 from Natural Causes. A wake is in progress at the College Homes Community Center and Rosaries will be recited Monday January 20th @7pm at the center. Funeral services will be Tuesday January 21st at 2pm at the Little Flower Parish with burial to follow at Willow Creek Cemetery.

Loretta was born June 7th, 1945 in Browning, Mt to Katie SpottedBear Marceau and Patrick Marceau. She completed her schooling to the 6th grade at East Glacier Park School. Loretta worked at the Blackfeet Head Start as a Bilingual Teacher, was a laundry attendant at the Blackfeet Nursing Home, she was also a PCA worker, and spent the last of her years as a dedicated housewife.

Loretta's favorite thing to do was spending time with her family; she also loved taking rides to the mountains and looking for wildlife. She was an avid Bingo player and loved making her daily phone calls to check in with all her loved ones. In the summers Loretta enjoyed hitting all the rummage sales she could find and she always managed to find something to buy at them. At home you would always find her in the living room watching her favorite shows and most of the time the TV was on the Game Show Network Channel.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Thomas Gene StillSmoking. Children: Kathreen (Kevin) Madman, Dale (Irene) Marceau, Joanne (Charles) Pree, Kimberly (Marcus) StillSmoking, Cathy StillSmoking, Jeffery Madman Sr., and Brandon (Kelsey) Weatherwax. Siblings: Edward Marceau, Marie StillSmoking, and Rose Marceau. 24 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Loretta is preceded in death by her parents Katie and Patrick Marceau, her son David Lee Marceau, 7 siblings, and 4 grandbabies.
