N. "Laverne" (Autry) Forister, 79, of Great Falls, a retired antique dealer, died of natural causes Thursday, April 25, at her home.

Veiwing is noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at Schnider Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 29, at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Laverne is survived by her sons, Mike (Jennifer) Forister of Great Falls and Ronnie (Dawn) Forister of Buckley, Wash.; brother, Floyd Edward (Paula) Autry of Carlsbad, N.M.; sister, Betty Jean McGehee of Carlsbad, N.M.; three grandchildren, Levi, Lance and Cassandra; special friends, Janet Proctor, Paul, Robin, Jon and Josh Hargett, and the family dogs, Chewy and Daisy May.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Pearson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Laverne's name may be made to Great Falls Hornets, c/o Great Falls Special Olympics, P.O. Box 3507, Great Falls, MT 59403.
