Patrick Earl "Bunny" AfterBuffalo


BROWNING Patrick Earl "Bunny" AfterBuffalo, 79, a U.S. Army veteran who retired from the BIA road department, died of natural causes Monday, Dec. 31, at his home.

Prayer services are 7 p.m. nightly at the Glacier Home Community Center. The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at the center. Burial with military honors will follow in Old Chief Cemetery. Pondera Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Survivors (all of Browning unless indicated) include daughters Julie Lake and Taleah Old Chief; sons Darrell AfterBuffalo, Gerry Wells of Ohio, Howard Wells and Gene Wells; a sister, Agnes SpottedBear; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen AfterBuffalo; daughter Patty Ann AfterBuffalo; and a son, Dewey "Tom Dooley" Wells.
