SALT LAKE CITY - Ralph Edward Allison, 97, formerly of Great Falls, died of natural causes Thursday, July 19, in Salt Lake City.

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 2654 West 5200 South, Taylorsville, Utah. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South and one hour prior to services Thursday at the Church.

Ralph was born July 10, 1915, in Great Falls to Ralph Cornelius Allison and Vera Valentine Allison. He was married to Dorothy Hodge on June 20, 1936, and they had a son, Ralph C. Allison. Dorothy later passed away. He married Janet Snedecor on August 15, 1956; she later passed away. He married Florence Lepley on February 14, 1992; she also later passed away.

Ralph is survived by his son, grandchildren, Barbara A. Allison, Edward J. (Sherri) Allison and Patti A. Williams; nine great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his former wives.

Ralph was a member of the Masons for 68 years at the Chinook Lodge 50.
