Van Hefty, James "Jim"
James "Jim" Van Hefty, 71, of De Pere passed away Sunday morning March 30, 2014 after a short illness. Funeral Mass for Jim is tentatively scheduled for Thursday morning April 3, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ledgeview. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the RYAN FUNERAL HOME of De Pere in Tuesday's edition. Please go to www.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the family.

I have seen Jim in many a deer camps and I think this pictures shows just how much Jim enjoyed Deer Hunts on Hwy 22.

Jim was a special friend. I golfed with him for about 20 years and all I can say is he was a special person. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Chris and the rest of his family and friends.
