Michael J. Hagerty Michael J. Hagerty, 67, Allouez, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015. He was born November 6, 1947, to Dr. Warren and Evangeline (Penegor) Hagerty. While attending Premontre High School, he met his life's love, Academy girl, Nancy Nowak. Michael married his high school sweetheart and was a loving and caring husband. He graduated from Premontre in 1965, and Parson's College in 1970. After their marriage in January of 1974, Michael and Nancy were blessed with 41 years of wedded bliss and three children. Michael was a doting father, supporting any and all endeavors his children were involved in. He coached soccer for all of his children and attended countless gymnastic meets, dance recitals, and baseball games. While his children were students, he served on the School Board for St. Matthew Catholic Grade School. After retiring from C.A. Gross at the age of 55, Michael embraced the spirit of volunteerism. He was active in the Green Bay Rotary Club, the Optimist Club and the American Red Cross. At the St. Matthew Church picnic, he was a fixture at the grill with the Men's Club. Michael had many passions. He was an automobile enthusiast, proudly owning an AC Cobra, a Porsche Boxster, and a Sunbeam Tiger. He enjoyed golfing and was a member of Green Bay Country Club where aced hole 13. Nancy and Michael travelled extensively with good friends and family, including trips to the Mediterranean, Hawaii, Ireland, England, Maine, the Danube River, Alaska, the Baltic, and most recently, to the Villages, Florida. On game day, Michael could be found cheering on the Packers from his seats in Lambeau Field. He attended Super Bowls in New Orleans and San Diego. Michael was a devoted son to his mother, especially after the untimely death of his father. He was a supportive brother to his sister, Patricia, visiting in New York during her recent illness and taking care of her two pups and two cats. A recent grandfather, Michael was blessed with the apple of his eye, Desmond Michael, who whom he shared his beautiful blue eyes and endearing dimples. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Nancy Hagerty, Allouez, two sons, Ian Hagerty, Green Bay, and Patrick Hagerty, NY; a daughter, Maura Hagerty Schwandt and son-in-law, Michael Schwandt, MN; a grandson, Desmond Michael Schwandt; his sister, Patricia Hagerty, NY; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cindy and Jim Collard, Green Bay; Gilbert and Patt Nowak, Sobieski; nieces and nephews. He is further survived by many friends from all walks of life including lifelong friends from grade school and high school, car race buddies, the gang at Simonets, and his fellow service club members. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 6th, at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. There will be a Parish Wake Service and sharing of memories at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation will continue from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 7th, at St. Matthew Parish, 120 St. Matthew St. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, at the church with Rev. Hassenfeldt, Delores  
Delores R. Hassenfeldt Delores R. Hassenfeldt, 79, of Oconto, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Woodlands of Oconto. Delores was born January 24, 1936 in DePere to the late Martin and Mathilda (Sausen) Bushmaker. She married Jerome "Hassie" Hassenfeldt on November 11, 1975. He preceded her in death on August 29, 2014. Delores was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto. Delores is survived by three daughters, Lynne (Dan) Nyman, Crivitz; Susan DeHut, Oconto; Veronica "Roni" (Mark) Lake, Oconto; three sons, Michael DeHut, Oconto; Charles (Crystal) DeHut, Oconto; Raymond John (Karrie) DeHut, Oconto; two sisters, Marie Brault, Crivitz; Lorretta Dyer, Suring; three brothers, Vincent (Carol) Bushmaker, Lena; Norman (Mary) Bushmaker, Oconto; Jerome (Pam) Bushmaker, Green Bay; a sister-in -law, JoAnne Bushmaker, Coleman; fifteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Martin Bushmaker, three sister, Irene Demmith, Louise Schlough, Marion Demmith and a brother-in-law, Frances Demmith. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 9 to 11 AM Saturday, May 9, 2015. Memorial services will be conducted 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home with Deacon Walter Kaszynski officiating. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery. Hill, Doc Allen Doc Allen Hill, 89 on April 29, 2015, passed away peacefully with family present. He earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree at the Michigan State University in 1947 and established his practice in De Pere in 1949. Joined by his brothers, Raymond and Whayne the practice grew to be Drs. Hill, Hill, Hill and Paulson. Doc was a fisherman, hunter, gardener, welder, inventor, private pilot, original bond holder at Lambeau Field and lifelong Packer fan. He and his beloved wife of 67 years, Helen, raised five children in West De Pere, then in 1975, left his vet practice and moved to Kelly Lake in Oconto County. Nearby he farmed, raised pigs and bees and harvested firewood. He never tired of his view of Kelly Lake. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Nellie; brothers, Raymond, Merle, Larry, James; sister, Romana (Harry) Snodgrass and grandson, Tyler. Survived by wife, Helen; brothers, Whayne (Mary) and Charles (Phyllis); sisters, Gerre Nelle Budzinski and Sarah Sue (Robert) Biemert; sons, Scott, Gary (Minda) and Allen (Sheryl); daughters, Candace (John) Vegter and Catherine Hill (Tom Leonard); seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation, Noon, Saturday, May 2, at Nicolet Memorial Gardens Chapel, 2770 Bay Settlement Rd, Green Bay. Committal service 1:30 p.m. at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Reception to follow 4 p.m. Romy's Holiday Inn, Kelly Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Humblet, Douglas R. Douglas R. Humblet, 74, of De Pere died unexpectedly May 1, 2015 at a local hospital. The son of the late Lloyd and Helen (Elst) Humblet was born February 22, 1941 in Shawano. Doug was a graduate of De Pere High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married the former Yvonne Ver Kuilen at St. Joseph Church in De Pere. Doug was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved to hunt and fish and was always quick with a joke. There was nothing he couldn't design and build and loved to share his knowledge with those around him. Survivors include his wife, Yvonne, one son, Brian (Jennifer) Humblet, grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Lucas, step grandchildren, Jace and Mitchell, one sister, Joyce Weitzel, He was preceded in death by one sister, Jeanette Van Zeeland, one brother, Don Humblet. Halbe, Patricia Elsie Patricia Elsie Halbe, 91, Rockford, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015, in Rockford. She was born May 9, 1923, in Philadelphia, Penn., the daughter of John and Goldie Whitney. She worked as department head secretary for Caterpillar in Aurora for 35 years. She was an avid Cubs and Bears fan. Her deep love for her Irish heritage was displayed through her wit. She was an amazing mother, sister-in-law, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. Pat was loved by all who knew her and emulated the love of Christ to those she met. Survivors include her two children, Kathy (Rev. Jeffrey) Schweiger, Rockford; Earl Oscar (Elizabeth) Halbe, Charleston, Ill.; grandchildren, Christina (Scott) Soderberg, Lakewood Ranch, Fla.; Amy (Mark) Zurowski, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; Jonathan (Nicole) Schweiger, Green Bay, Wis.; and Michael Schweiger, Denver, Colo.; five great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Elsie, Adelyn, Katherine and Isabella. Hampton, Richard "Dick"  
Hampton, Richard "Dick" Richard "Dick" (Papa) Hampton, 78, Howard, passed away at home on Friday, April 24, 2015. Richard was born on March 29, 1937 to the late Bruce and Esther (Adams) Hampton. He faithfully served his country in the US Navy and was honorably discharged. On Feb. 14, 1989 he married the former Dolores "Dolly" Egnarski and together they have celebrated over 25 years of marriage. Dick started working for North Central Airlines which later became known as Republic Air Lines and then Northwest as a customer service specialist until his retirement. He enjoyed watching his granddaughter Kelly play in softball tournaments. Dick was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewer fan. He enjoyed coaching his grandsons bowling, camping and watching the traffic buzz past his home as of recent years. Dick liked to be called Papa. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Dolly; daughters, Cheryl (Rick) Strasser; Tina (Mark) Kienast; stepdaughters, Jackie (Pat) Georgia; Tina and Laura Fruzen; grandchildren, Keith, Kevin, and Kelly Strasser; Courtney and Calvin Kienast; Wally, Ryan and Nick Georgia; sister-in-law, Lois Hampton; sisters, Bev Ochs and Peggy Hampton; brother, Donnie Hampton; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dick and Theresa Egnarski; many nieces and nephews. Further survived by his cat, Buddy. Dick was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert (died April 18, 2015), Charles, David; sister, Shirley; brother-in-law, Don Ochs. Heagle, Joanie  
Heagle, Joanie Joanie H. Heagle, age 61, of Seymour, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 24, 2015 after a yearlong battle with uterine cancer. She was born October 6, 1953 daughter of Dorothy (Van De Bruggen) Garsow and the late Frank Garsow. In 1970 she met the love of her life, her soul mate and best friend Warren "Buzz" Heagle. They were united in marriage on September 18, 1971. In January 1974 they welcomed their first daughter Amy, and in July 1976 came their 2nd greatest blessing Becky. Throughout her life she held several jobs, starting young in the family business Frank's Supper Club. Her proudest accomplishment was her business. "Joanie's Clean and Shine". She loved cleaning and cooking and making sure things were just right. When she cooked no one walked away from the table hungry, she made sure of that. She enjoyed camping and spending time on the boat. She was known as grandma of the dance team. She loved being at all of Mariah's dance competitions and everyone of Tanner's football games. She didn't miss a musical event or any school event for Amber, Amanda or Max. She was especially happy when all of her kids and grandkids were under one roof eating and playing cards. She is survived by her husband, Buzz Heagle; daughters, Amy (Rick) Thomas and Becky (Dean) Rozmiarek; her precious grandchildren: Tanner, Amber and Amanda Thomas and Mariah and Max Rozmiarek; her canine companions Gizmo and Bella; her mother, Dorothy Garsow Boehm; siblings: Jeanne (John) Kroner, Chub (Sue) Garsow, Janice Grych, Judy (Dan) Schuh and Jeff (Tami) Garsow; one brother-in-law, Tom (Sarah) Heagle; nieces and nephews. Not to be forgotten her partners in crime and very special friends Joyce and Al Garvey and Steve and Cheri Krabbe. Joan is preceded in death by her stepfather, Tom Boehm. Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. and visitation will continue on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at St. John's Catholic Church from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11 a.m. with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial will take place in the Seymour City Cemetery.
