Andrea Marie Rose Bay, 14 years, De Pere, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at her home in De Pere.
Andrea was born June 15, 1997, in Green Bay. She was a freshman at East De Pere High School. Andrea wanted to become an animal veterinarian. She was an inspiring and outgoing person whose smile would light up the room. Andrea was an aspiring chef and had a beautiful singing voice. She played the violin, giving impromptu concerts to her aunts and uncles. She loved her dog, Maddie, and horses. She enjoyed playing volleyball at high school and was in the archery club. Andi and her mother enjoyed knitting together. Above all she loved her little brother and was very nurturing to him.
Survivors include her three aunts, Margaret, "Marge" (Tim) Cigler, Sturgeon Bay; Catherine "Cathie" (Mark) Schroeder, Sturgeon Bay; Gretchen (Bryan) Fjeldos, Tremonton, Utah; many dear cousins; and her paternal grandparents, Denis and June Bay, Sturgeon Bay.
Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, Alvin and Shirley (Vertz) Wehausen; her mother, Michelle Bay; father, Denis Bay II; her brother, Daniel 10; and her uncle, William.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday evening, Feb. 9, 2012, at 7 p.m. at the Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church. Friends may call at the church from 5 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.
