Donald J. Vander Kelen, 85, of Green Bay, passed away on January 16, 2014. He was born on November 5, 1928 to the late John and Mary (Lathour) Vander Kelen in the town of Humboldt. Donald served in the United States Navy from 1948 to 1953. He married the former Ruth Felding whom preceded him in death. Donald was employed by Procter & Gamble until his retirement in 1989. Donald was a loving father of three. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, dining out, telling jokes, spending time at the Casino and spending time with his family. He was a huge Packer fan and after retiring enjoyed traveling to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Lake Tahoe. Don will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

Survivors include his three sons, Doug Vander Kelen, Berlin, WI, Neal Vander Kelen, Hobart and Scott Vander Kelen, Green Bay; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Sal Vander Kelen; a sister, Maria DeGrave; one sister-in-law, Eloise Vander Kelen.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; his parents, John and Mary Vander Kelen; brothers and sisters, Joseph, Walter and John Vander Kelen, Angeline VandenPlaus, Wibert and Elmer Vander Kelen, Margret Linssen.
