McFall, Harry Arthur
Harry Arthur McFall, 94, Green Bay, died Tuesday, July 30, 2013. He was born March 26, 1919, in Conway, MO to Harley Arthur and Nullie (Caffey) McFall.
Harry joined the Coast Guard on June 12, 1941, and was stationed in Two Rivers where he met Frances Richards. They were united in marriage on September 12, 1942. He was in WWII and was honorably discharged in June of 1946. In 1954, they moved from Two Rivers to Green Bay and he worked for Fort Howard Paper Company, retiring in 1981. Harry loved to golf, bowl, and play cards, go square dancing with his wife, go fishing, and spending the winters in Golf Shores, Alabama. He was an avid Packer and Brewer fan. Harry loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Harry is survived by his children, Kay McFall, Peggy (Dan) Gerlikovski, all of Green Bay; Harry L. (Carla) McFall, Denmark; and Patrick McFall, Little Suamico; his grandchildren, Tammy Snortum, Terri Neta, Tina Snortum, Paul (Stephanie) Gerlikovski, Cindy (Jed) Ritchie, Travis, Kimberly (Matt), Kyle, Phillip, Eric (Sarah) McFall, Katrina Lasee; 15 great-grandchildren and one due in January; sisters-in-law, Marie Klein, Lucille (Ed) Skarbon, Winnie "Chris" (Marc) Johnson, and Shirley (Dexter) Andrews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances on July 2, 2006; his brothers and sisters, Blanche (Lloyd) Ikard, Jeff (Reba) McFall, Gladys (Clifford) Schulz, Ernest (Juanita) McFall, Mary Jean (Foster) Manning, and Wallace (Adeline) McFall; and his brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Ivan Klein, and Larry (Alice) Richards.
Friends may call at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, 2770 Bay Settlement Rd., from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the mausoleum with Rev. Elaine Thomas officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Blaney Funeral Home is assisting the family.
