Helen Catherine (Weycker) Chartier, 92, Green Bay, died Thursday, March 27, 2014, with her loving family by her side. She was born September 19, 1921, in Pembine, WI to George and Susan (Wilbur) Weycker.

Helen worked hard to support her family. She was employed with Green Bay Food, Red Owl Warehouse Bakery and retired from Schreiber Foods. She was a member of the Bird Sanctuary. Family always came first for Helen and she always lived by the Golden Rule. She enjoyed staying busy with tying blankets for charity, playing Bingo at Cardinal Ridge or by spending anytime she could with her grandkids and great-grandkids -all who gave her the greatest joy. Helen also loved all the family reunions.

She is survived by a son, Gary M. Chartier, Illinois.; four daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Dennis Dwyer, Lynn and Allen Green, Jill and Steve Tingley, all of Green Bay; Judy and John Dunphy, Sr., De Pere; 12 grandchildren, Dana Dwyer, AZ; Scott and Brian Brzozowski, Lisa (special friend, Gary Scholtz) Green, all of Green Bay; Kevin (Casey) Green, NY; Troy (Shelly) Tingley, Green Bay; Shawn (Wendy) Tingley, Lake Tomahawk; Cory (Tina) Tingley, Green Bay, Shanna Tingley, AZ; Nicole (Rev. Aaron) Sturgis, Eau Claire; John Dunphy, Jr., Michelle (Mark) Whittemore, all of DePere; 18 great-grandchildren, Heather Kozlowski (special friend, Liz Perez), NY; Ryan Kozlowski, AZ; Krystal Kozlowski (fiancé, Tyler LePak), Brooklynn Brzozowski, Kalah and Jared Tingley, all of Green Bay; Hunter and Samantha Tingley, Lake Tomahawk; Alexis, Kaitlyn, Madelyn and Tryston Tingley, Green Bay; Ayden, Audrey and Anderson Sturgis, Eau Claire; Garrett, Jaiden and Bennett Whittemore, DePere.

Helen is further survived by her nieces and nephews, Jean (Jim) Routhioux, Clyde Lee Weycker, Byron (Jan) Weycker, Larry Weycker, Alan (Kathy) Weycker, Sandi (Dave) VanGheem, Glenn (Sharon) Weycker, Todd (Carol) Detert, Mark (Mary) Detert, Cheryl (Don) Butchli, June (Jim) Rotter; special friends, Jane Chivers, Ella Grace Baker, Dary Baker, Joan Chartier, Jodi (Tom) Timler and their daughter, Kiley, Larry Reed; her Michigan family, Diane (Jim Szalay) Wilbur, Chuck Wilbur; many great nieces and great nephews; and her beloved fat cat, Toby George.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Clayton (Agnes), Clyde (Gladys), Orville (Mary), Gordon (Millie) Weycker; a sister, Fern (Milton) Detert; nieces, Darlene (Roger) Magnuson, Carol (Fred) Gerondale, June (Roger) Olejniczak, Sue Reed; a great-nephew, Patrick Weycker; special friends, Edward Maus, Budd Chartier, Don (Ann) Wilbur, Irene (Bill) Kraft.
