Laurabell M. Larsen, 88, Green Bay resident, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at her home following a short battle with cancer. She was born March 22, 1925 in Algoma to the late Lawrence and Frieda (Ebert) Zimmerman. On October 5, 1946, she married the love of her life, Charles H. Larsen. Together they celebrated 54 years of marriage. She loved word searches and was a member of Faith Lutheran church.

She is survived by one granddaughter, Odette Beaty and two great grandsons, Nicolas and Jayson Beaty; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles on May 8, 2002 and their only son, Steven. She was also preceded by her brother Chester, many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; two nieces and two nephews and her life long friend, Florence Simonar.

A celebration of Laurabell's life will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 2335 S. Webster Ave. after 10:00 am Monday until time of service. Funeral service 11:00 am Monday at the church with Rev. Joshua Errer officiating. Burial in West Danish Cemetery, Denmark. On-line condolences may be sent to Laurabell's family at www.prokowall.com. In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established in her name.
