Churches, Lee E.
Lee E. Churches, 78, died Monday, February 18, 2013. Lee was born January 12, 1935 in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. After High School, he served his country in the US Army and worked as a Millright at Ft. Howard Paper Company for 32 years. Lee was a member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed golfing and playing shuffleboard.
Lee is survived by one son, Mike (Ann) Churches; two daughters, Kelli (Dave) Reyment, Stephanie (Dan) Rustlie; a sister, Candy (Al) Thornton; grandchildren, Andy, Jesse, Corey, Maddie, Carley, Jordan and Devin; great-granddaughters, Megan and Cailey; special friend, Gloria Buckarma; four nephews and a godson, Paul Treml.
Lee was preceded in death by his mother, Leona Van Bramer; stepfather, Harold Van Bramer; a sister, Sharon Erwin and a brother-in-law, Marshall Erwin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, from 4:00 pm until the funeral service at 7:00 pm with Chaplain Robert Nooker officiating. Military honors will follow. Interment will be at Bayside Cemetery in Door County. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com. A memorial fund has been established in Lee's name.

You all have my deepest sympathy. My husband Ken worked with Lee at Ft. Howard for many years and we've had some good times with him. Lee was a great guy. He will be missed.
