Robert Keyser, 83, of Green Bay, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family Tuesday, April 30, 2013. He was born October 30, 1929, in Milwaukee. Robert enlisted in the U.S. Army
and served his country in the Korean War
. On August 19, 1963, he married Diane Griffin. Robert had been employed as a Union Electrician until his retirement.
Robert enjoyed playing his Hawaiian steel guitar. He was an avid gardener and outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and conservation. Robert was a faithful member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Diane; three children, Deanne Keyser, Matthew (Sonya) Keyser, Holly (Matt Schmitz) Keyser; five grandchildren, Maria, Beau, Griffin, Collin and Nicholas; a sister, Jane De Pello; brothers, Gerald (Joan) Keyser; Daniel (Ann Marie)Keyser; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Keyser; his mother, Marcelline Keyser; two brothers, Kenneth and Glenn Keyser.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 120 S. Henry St. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church with Rev.
