Davis, Delroy "Lee"

Delroy "Lee" Davis, 29, De Pere, passed away unexpectedly with his family by his side on Saturday, November 17, 2012 after a courageous two year battle with cancer. He was born August 14, 1983 in Green Bay to Elmer L. Davis and Peggy S. Thyrion. Lee attended Green Bay West High School and went to NWTC for Business Management. He was a great artist and enjoyed singing and listening to music. He was brave, strong and independent and lived every minute to the fullest. Lee had a great sense of humor and always kept a large circle of friends around him. Mostly, Lee loved his family and loved his life.

Lee will be sadly missed by his mother and stepfather, Peggy S. (Kraus) and Kelly L. Thyrion; two sisters, Marissa M. (Davis) Bowers and her husband, Matthew P. Bowers, Holly A. Davis and her fiancé, Robbi G. Moen; a stepbrother, Alex L. Thyrion; four nieces, Nevaeh R. Bowers, Justice M. Bowers, Lyric S. Bowers, Harper N. Thyrion; two nephews, Tristan I. Bowers, Cayden L. Thyrion; a great uncle, Jon Kraus; many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Victor Kraus; Grandpa Keith "Bud" Kraus; Grandma Joanne (Knepfel-Kraus) Fox.

Lee's family extends their gratitude to Dr. Ubaid Nawaz at Aurora BayCare Hospital, Dr. Robert Taylor at St. Luke's Hospital, the staffs of the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic at both hospitals and to the numerous healthcare providers, family and friends that cared for him.

Lee, you will be missed dearly and forever in our hearts. We will pray for you until we meet you again.
