RACINE-Eunice (nee: Rousseau) Pero, 88, passed away on Dec. 30, 2012, at Willowcrest Care Center in South Milwaukee. Eunice was born in Green Bay, on July 17, 1924, the daughter of the late Moses and Eva (nee: Brault) Rousseau. She was untied in marriage to Marvin Pero on July 17, 1948. Eunice was employed at St. Mary's Hospital, Racine, in central supply retiring after many years of service.
Eunice is survived by her children, Barbara Pero M.D., Santa Fe, N.M.; and Thomas (Elizabeth) Pero, Racine. She is also survived by sisters, S. Isaac Jogues Rousseau SSND of Greenfield; and Rosemary (Wilfred) Stein, Green Bay; along with other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin on Nov. 9, 2003 and son, Michael.
Funeral services for Eunice will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at 4 p.m. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Holy Cross Cemetery Hwy 32 in a private ceremony. Visitation will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:30 p.m. until service time at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Eunice in a special way may direct memorials any humane society or
