Smith, Roy C.
Roy C. Smith, 79, of Green Bay, passed away at home on November 10, 2012. He was born November 1, 1933 to the late Howard and Joan (Peters) Smith in Green Bay. Roy was employed for 41 years of service at Bay West Paper Company in Green Bay. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at his cabin.
Roy will be sadly missed by his daughters Kim M. Murphy and Sandy Smith; sons Scott S. Smith and Avery C. (Kristie) Smith; grandchildren Jenny Pischke, Carly Smith, Michelle Paters, Azure Smith, Kalie Smith, and Casten Smith. He is further survived by his brothers Howard, Gordon, Clyde; and sisters Nora and Phyllis, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and hunting buddies.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his son, Greg H. Smith.
Friends and family may gather at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, WI on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 4pm until 7pm when a funeral service will be held with Pastor Marian Boyle officiating. Please visit www.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the Smith family.
