Bakran, Rudy G.

Rudy G. Bakran, 88, Green Bay, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. He was born June 12, 1925, in Wells, Michigan, to the late Andro and Katherine (Grish) Bakran. Rudy proudly served his country in the United States Airforce. He married Madelyn De Cook in 1952; they celebrated 27 years together before she passed in 1979. The couple moved to Green Bay in 1964 where Rudy worked at FMC Corp as chief engineer until his retirement.

Survivors include his 2 sons, Ron and Mike (special friend, Lisa Goebel); 2 grandchildren, Tricia (Darin) Demeny and Andy Bakran; and 5 great-grandchildren all of Green Bay.

Family and friends may call Monday, September 16, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, from 3:00pm until the time of service at 7:00pm with Rev.
