Baudhuin, Ruth Lucille

Ruth Lucille Baudhuin, 87, Brussels, passed away at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay on July 16, 2011. She was born Oct. 11, 1923, in Rosiere, to John and Helen (LeGrave) Delorit. On Dec. 30, 1941, she married Louie N. Baudhuin in Rosiere; he preceded her in death on March 20, 1983. Ruth farmed with her husband in the Town of Union for many years and then continued to help her sons farm after Louie passed away. She enjoyed puzzles, knitting and crocheting. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include her five children, Wayne (Lynda) Baudhuin, Green Bay; Patricia Baudhuin, Brussels; Donald (Sheila) Baudhuin, Kewaunee; Christopher Baudhuin and Timothy (Barb) Baudhuin, Brussels; five grandchildren, Jason (Kelly) Baudhuin, Chad (Bliss) Baudhuin, Jacquelyn Baudhuin, Jennifer LeCaptain and Noel (Christina) Baudhuin; seven great-grandchildren, Samuel, Jared, Madisyn, Dawson, Christopher, Cadence, and Colson; four step grandchildren, Ryan, Sara, Linnea, and Stella; two sisters, Louise Duklow, Algoma; Helen (Harry) Chaudoir, Forestville; a brother, Robert Delorit, Little Suamico.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one great-grandson, Matthew; three brothers, Clifford, Richard and John Delorit.

Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 , starting at 10:15 a.m. from Forbes Funeral Home and then at 11 a.m. at St. Francis and St. Mary Parish, Brussels, the Rev. Pius Cotter officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Friends may call at the Forbes Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and then after 9 a.m. Tuesday until time of services. A prayer service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
