Lorna M. (Menor) Behrend, 75, Allouez, passed away peacefully into eternal life surrounded by her family at the Jack & Engrid Meng Unity Residence on February 5, 2014. She was born June 11, 1938, in Marinette, the daughter of August Menor and Laura (Polzin) Menor Walters. On October 19, 1957, she married Kenneth Behrend at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo. Lorna loved camping, fishing, boating, her flower gardens, Christmas decorating, cooking fabulous meals for family, making homemade bread and watching the Green Bay Packers. She always looked forward to her summertime visits with her sister and brother-in-law, Bev and Lou. Lorna loved having her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, neighbors and special friends, Don and Marge Bins, stop in for a visit.

Lorna will be deeply missed by her two children, Karla Georgia and her husband, Duane, Green Bay; Amber Wagner and her significant other, Mick Williams, Peshtigo; her grandchildren, Matthew (Jamie) Georgia, Green Bay; Jaclyn (Andrew) Voigt, Green Bay; Ross (Brittney) Wagner, Stephenson, MI; Ashlie (Charlie) DeSmidt, Crivitz; her six great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Lou Atti, Largo, FL; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her devoted and loving husband of 56 years, Ken, on Jan. 25, 2014; her mother, Laura (John) Walters; her father who died when Lorna was just a child, August Menor; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Evelyn Behrend; a brother and sister-in-law, Warren and Shirley Menor; a sister and brother-in-law, Alorice and Orv Sterzing; a brother-in-law, Eugene Dahlen; nephews, Rex Dahlen and Warren Menor Jr.

Family and friends may visit from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9th, at First Ev. Lutheran Church, 743 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church with Rev.
