Randy Johnson

Randy Johnson, 66, Green Bay, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014. He was born October 7, 1947 in De Pere to Ervin and Audrey (Stievo) Johnson. On January 2, 1969 he married Patricia Vervoren at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. Randy served in the US Army from 1967 to 1973 during which he completed three tours in Vietnam. He volunteered at St. Patrick Catholic Church and was a member of St. Joseph parish. Randy enjoyed visits to the casino, playing cards and dice, watching sports and spending time with his family.

Randy is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Chad, Tracy and William ""Bubba"; four grandchildren, Aprilwine (Andrew)Teske, Randy Lagers, Kasey Wilmot (Alex Knoch), Zachary Beaumia; two great-grandchildren, Arista "Cat" and Ashlynn "Lil Fuzz" Teske; his mother, Audrey Johnson; six siblings, James Johnson, Mary (Ted) Dallaire, Grace (James) Murray, John Johnson, Julie (Steve) Rentmeester, William (Mary) Johnson; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Johnson; his father, Ervin Johnson; a sister, Karen DuPuis; a brother, Richard Johnson; a sister-in-law, Carol Johnson; a brother-in-law, Jerry Rentmeester.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. A Parish Wake Service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Friends may also call at St. Joseph Catholic Church, corner of Ninth St. and Twelfth Ave., from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with Rev. Donald Everts officiating. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
