Oryall, Susan Mae

Susan Mae Oryall, 80, Green Bay, died Saturday, March 8, 2014. She was born May 6, 1933 on Sugar Island, MI to Gilbert and Rose Joseph. She was married to John McLeod for 16 years until he preceded her in death. Susan later married Thomas A. Oryall for more than 25 years. He also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Sault Tribe of the Chippewa Indians and a longtime member of St. Patrick's parish. Susan loved to crochet, play bingo at St. Patrick, doing puzzles, Sudoku, cribbage and going to rummage sales. Mostly, she enjoyed anytime she could spend with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Susan is survived by her children, Donna Spencer, Betty (Hank) Vanderveren, Gilbert "Sparky" McLeod, Jackie (Robert) Nettles, Bonnie Rose (Mike), Bobby McLeod, Thomas Oryall; many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, family friends and Linda.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, John; her second husband, Tommy; her children, Phillip "Sonny" McLeod, Karl McLeod, Debbie and Douglas Oryall.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday. A sharing of memories will be held at 7 p.m. Friends may also call at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 211 N. Maple St., from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church with Rev. Ryan Krueger officiating.
