Paul Witcpalek, 40, of Greenleaf, passed away at home comforted by his family, on Friday, April 25, 2014. The son of Leo and Sharon (Rentmeester) Witcpalek was born on October 14, 1973 in Green Bay. On May 18, 2001 he married his beautiful young bride, Rhonda Burow in a hot air balloon over Green Lake County. Paul enjoyed riding his bikes, both a Harley and dirtbike. He also enjoyed spending time camping with his family and friends. Paul was an honorary member of the Greenleaf Fire Department, who volunteered there for over a decade. More than anything, Paul was a positive person who loved life, and was always willing to be there for anyone.
Paul is survived by his wife, Rhonda; his parents; two children, Simon and Dylan; four brothers, Andrew (Lisa) Witcpalek, Greenleaf, Chuck (Julie) Witcpalek, Wrightstown, John (Beth) Witcpalek, Oswego, IL, Joe (Bonnie) Witcpalek, Clarkston, MI; his mother-in-law, Faye Burow, Black Creek; he is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends including his two dogs, Bella and Walter.
He was preceded in death by his Godfather and uncle, Jim Rentmeester; grandparents, Lloyd and Mary Witcpalek, and Bernard and Ella Rentmeester; as well as other uncles.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Paul's life at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm when a funeral service will be held with Fr.
