Kesler, Dean "Scooter"

Dean "Scooter" Kesler, 51, Gillett, died suddenly Saturday morning, May 24, 2014 at Community Memorial Hospital. He was born May 14, 1963 in Oconto Falls to Willard and Phyllis (Schaal) Kesler. Scooter was a well known musician in the area where he played lead guitar with the Hickory Ridge Band.

Scooter is survived by the love of his life, Jill Topping; two sisters, Beverly (Chad) Beutler and Lynette Jaeger; niece, Krista Jaeger (Kody DeBauch); Jill's parents, Ken and Judy Topping and their sons, Phil and Jon.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Visitation with the urn present will be held from 4-7pm Friday, May 30, 3014 at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls. An "open mic" session will start around then with an opportunity to share favorite Scooter stories through words and music.

Scooter dearly loved his Fiancé Jill, his family, many friends and music.
