Betty married Robert S. Lefebvre on October 4, 1947, at Saints Peter and Paul Church and he preceded her in death on August 31, 2004. She was a graduate of Kahler School of Nursing, Rochester, MN, receiving a degree as a Registered Nurse. Nursing became a passion for Betty as she began her career at Multnomah Hospital in Portland, Oregon and then moved back to Green Bay where she continued her work at St. Vincent Hospital for the next 31 years until her retirement. She remained active in the St. Vincent Auxiliary for many years. Additionally, Betty was a devoted wife and mother of seven children. She was a former member of St. Matthew Church and currently a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church. Betty's faith life was very important to her. She was very devoted to the rosary and the Blessed Virgin Mary and active within the Saints Peter and Paul Altar Society. Betty enjoyed time as a volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul. She also loved to quilt, read, golf and, above all, play Bridge with many of her best friends. Betty cherished her time vacationing with her family in Northern Wisconsin.

With much love and respect, she will be remembered by her seven children and their spouses, Michael (Jeanne) Lefebvre, Thomas Lefebvre, David (Patti) Lefebvre, all of the Green Bay area, Jane (Don) Gehrmann of Rotonda West, FL, Ellen (Mike) Leiferman of Middleton, Martha (Jon) Mineau of Green Bay, and John (Sandee) Lefebvre of Porterfield: 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; two half-brothers, Pat (Katie) Berceau and Peter (Theresa) Berceau; two half-sisters, Katie (Bill) Bowman and Susie (Chuck) O'Connor; two step-sisters, Margie Schiebel and Lois Servais; one sister-in-law, Jean Charles; one brother-in-law, Harold Koch; nieces, nephews and many other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 57 years, Robert; three brothers, Lyle, George "Bob", and James Zenz; one half-brother, many step-sisters, step-brothers, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
