He raised racing pigeons and enjoyed ice fishing and raising hunting dogs.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Linda; two sons, Bill (Ramona) Murphy and Jesse (Denise) Murphy; two grandchildren, Mitchell Murphy and Alisha Murphy; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary Jo and Michael Chambers, and Sharelle Kelsey; father-in-law, Murray Trudell; aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant sister, Ellen Sue; brother-in-law, Ed Kelsey; and mother-in-law, Esther Trudell.

In accordance with the family's wishes, a private service will be held at a later date. Blaney Funeral Home is assisting the family. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to "Dr. G", and the staffs of Green Bay Oncology and Heartland Hospice; his nurse, Elizabeth; and his loving sisters, Sharelle and Mary Jo.
