Wendy G. Davies, 52, Green Bay, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017. She was born February 14, 1965, in Green Bay, to Alvin and Joanne (Kollross) Peronto. On October 14, 1995, she married Garth Davies, in Fox Lake, IL, and later they moved back to Green Bay. Wendy worked until she and Garth started their family and they were blessed with two beautiful children. At that time taking care of them became her primary role. Wendy received a heart transplant in 2004, and a few months after that she lost her vision. But the losses in her life never defined her. She had a deep faith in the Lord and trust for his plans for her. Wendy was fiercely devoted to her children, nieces, and nephews, and she lived her life and survived her challenges with extreme grace. She was known to always speak her mind. She enjoyed sharing the many creations from her kitchen, and nobody ever went hungry. Her husband lovingly nicknamed her the "Liquidator," based on her insistence that everyone remain hydrated! She maintained an amazingly positive attitude, great sense of humor, and always remained feisty.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Garth Davies; their two children, Luke and Emily; mother, Joanne Peronto; siblings, Linda (Jeff) Joski, Bill (Lynn) Peronto, Jim (Kay) Peronto, Bob (Brenda) Peronto, and Sara (Matt Cisz) Peronto; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gaye (Bill Smith) Davies, Tom (Deborah Orman) Davies, Beth (Mark Saarinen) Davies, and Susan Davies; and her mother-in-law Jeanne Davies. She will be sadly missed by everyone, especially her dog, Sam.

Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Peronto; and her father-in-law, Gradyn Davies.

Friends may gather at Celebration Church, 3475 Humboldt Rd, Green Bay, on Saturday, November 25, 2017, visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be at 12:45 p.m. at the Church, with Pastor Bob Gustafson presiding.
