Dorothea S. Noble, 83, Waukegan, Ill., died suddenly Monday, April 1, 2013, at Vista East Medical Center in Waukegan, Ill.
She was born on March 30, 1930, in De Pere, the daughter of the late Marvin and Irma "Gum" (Kilmer) Sampson. She was educated in the schools of De Pere, graduating from De Pere High School, graduated from Northwest Institute of Medical Technician's of Minneapolis. She married Charles C. Noble on May 24, 1952, in De Pere. She worked as a Medical Technician in a Doctor's Office of Dr's Barnes, Andrews, and Holmberg, and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Congregational Church in Waukegan, Ill. Her hobbies were reading, needle point, gardening, spending summers in Egg Harbor, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors include her son, Mark (Sharon) Noble, Pleasant Prairie; a sister, Joan "Pudge" (Dave) Runkel, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; a grandson, Erik Hampson and a great-grandson Devin Hampson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Noble and a son, Charles C. Noble II.
A gathering time with the family will be Saturday, April 13, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Kenosha Funeral Services, with a memorial service to follow at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated for the Heart or
