De Bauche, Evelyn
Evelyn De Bauche, 94, Green Bay, died peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Waunakee Manor, in Waunakee, WI. She was born on November 4, 1918, to Victor J. and Agnes (Haevers) Hannon. On March 15, 1945, Evelyn married Clarence De Bauche. He preceded her in death on November 10, 1998.
Evelyn graduated from Green Bay West High School and was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist. The favorite days of her life were spent delivering milk for her parents' Crystal Brook Dairy during World War II, when male drivers were not available. Evelyn enjoyed canning, crocheting and gardening. She made the best dill pickles.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Virginia (Bill) Nelson, David De Bauche, Kathryn (Steve) Engber; her grandchildren, Erica (Steve Schueppert) Nelson, Margo Nelson, Brian (Karen) Kowalczyk, Caleb Havel, Jake Engber, Hannah Engber, Elise Engber; a great-grandchild, Ethan Kowalczyk; a sister, Ruby Hannon; a sister-in-law and faithful friend, Verna Diederich; a very special friend, Laura Havel and her daughters, Nicole, Morgan and Danielle; good friends, Tom Helminiak, Sarah Neal, Jane Doro; and good neighbors, Ron and Mary Lou Bredael, Mike and Joann Schaetz.
