Luree Hill Boggs Darlington Luree (Pete) Hill Boggs, widow of Rev. Maurice P. Boggs, died Jan. 25, 2015 in Darlington, SC just 2 days prior to her 100th birthday on Jan. 27. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Oliver Benton and Ruby Crowe Hill. Graveside services will be held 11 am Wednesday in Springwood Cemetery. The Mackey Mortuary.

Callahan, Jessie - Six Mile  
Jessie Alice Callahan Six Mile, SC Jessie Alice Callahan, 82, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 26, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Maggie Rampey. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Callahan, a daughter, Renee (Jim) Whysong, two sons, Mark (Judy) Callahan, and Alan (Lynn) Callahan, eight grandchildren, Terry Whysong, Angela Crawford, Heather Lacasse, Shaun Callahan, Brandi Burdette, Leon Gantt, Chase Callahan, and Chance Callahan, three brothers, Ray Rampey, George Rampey, and Jerry Rampey, and one sister, Nancy Heaton and 18 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January at 3:30 PM at Faith Baptist Church, Norris, SC. The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, prior to the service in the Church. The family is at the residence.

Czarnecki, Rose Mary - Simpsonville  
Rose Mary Czarnecki Simpsonville Rose Mary Little Czarnecki, 78, of Simpsonville, loving wife for 57 years to Ronald Frederick Czarnecki, died Thursday, January 8, 2015. Born in Patchogue, Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Reginald and Bernadine McPherson Little. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church where she sang in the choir. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include one daughter, Mary Patton and husband Brown; three sons, John Czarnecki and wife Maureen, Paul Czarnecki, and David Czarnecki and wife Cheryl; eight grandchildren, Matthew, Paul Jr., Lucas, Andrew, Alex, Victoria, Sarah and Jacob; two sisters, Claire Carver and husband Johnny, and Emma Adams; and numerous nieces and nephews. Frances Elizabeth Davis Daigle Greenville Frances Elizabeth Davis Daigle, 92, widow of Allen Morris Daigle, died Monday, January 26, 2015. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Edward Wideman and Martha Ellen Lockaby Davis. Mrs. Daigle was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, Jerry M. Daigle and Bobby E. Daigle; twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; five sisters; and three brothers. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Daigle Helms; five brothers; and three sisters. The family would like to acknowledge the staff and friends at Heartland Heathcare West. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Downtown Chapel. Henderson, Lucile - Easley  
Lucile F. Henderson Easley, SC Lucile Forister Henderson, 89, formerly of Brushy Creek Road, wife of the late Jack Henderson, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at Magnolia Manor of Greenville. Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Robert D. and Emma Pace Forister, Mrs. Henderson retired from Belk's in Easley and was a charter member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Jackie Wayne Henderson (Elaine Masters) of Liberty; a grandson, Matthew Henderson; a granddaughter, Jennifer Snellings; great-grandchildren, Jackson Henderson, Nathan Snellings, Kaylee Snellings and Samuel Henderson. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 10:45 am Friday, prior to the service, at the funeral home. The family is at the home of Jackie and Elaine Henderson, 813 North Old Pendleton Road, Liberty. Hunt, Mildred Waldrop - Pickens  
Mildred Waldrop Hunt Greenville Mildred Waldrop Hunt, aged 90, passed away on January 21, 2015 at Manna Heath Care in Pickens, South Carolina. The daughter of the late William Elmore Waldrop and Hattie King Waldrop, she was a lifelong resident of Greenville, South Carolina. She is survived by her son, Daniel E. Hunt of Easley, her sister, Cecilia Waldrop Burnette, family friend, Roy W. Jordan, sister in law Margaret Henderson Waldrop Martin, niece Susan Waldrop Pruitt, niece Holly Michelle Pruitt, niece Martha Waldrop Harbin, nephews Bob Long and Jim Long, and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond Daniel Hunt, as well as her sisters, Della Waldrop Bips, Grace Waldrop, Anne Fair Waldrop Ritemeyer, Martha Waldrop Lee, Ruth Waldrop Kelley and three brothers, Haskell Garvin Waldrop, Paul Waldrop , and William Elmore Waldrop, Jr. A lifelong member of Monaghan Presbyterian Church, later known as John Calvin Presbyterian Church, she served as a youth leader, Sunday school teacher, and choir member. A great cook, she loved cooking for her family, her church, and friends. She also loved gardening. An avid Clemson Tigers fan, she attended all the Clemson home football games for the past 30 years. The family wishes to thank the following: Doris Phillips, and Kathy Shupe for their care of Mrs. Hunt before she entered a facility. After a short stay in Easley, Mrs. Hunt was at Redeemer Health and Rehab in Pickens until the facility was combined with Manna Health and Rehab in Pickens. The staff and nurses at both facilities, provided superb care, love and service for Mrs. Hunt which will never be forgotten. Martha Masters and her sister also cared Mrs. Hunt while at Redeemer. Ark Hospice, particularly Deborah Robinson with Ark also provided great care for her. During her stay at both Redeemer and Manna, Sandy Nihart Duncan could not have done more. For her care and love for Mrs. Hunt, the family is forever grateful. We extent our utmost gratitude to all who cared for her during her illness. A requiem Mass will be held for Mrs. Hunt on January 31, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 1002 South Main Street, Greenville, South Carolina. Interment will follow in the St. Andrew's columbarium following Mass. Please omit flowers. Memorials may be made to John Calvin Presbyterian Church, 1801 W. Parker Rd, Greenville, SC 29611 .

Lynda Kennedy Greenville Lynda Galloway Kennedy, 59, died January 10, 2015 at her home. A native of Charleston, SC, she was a daughter of the late William Harvey and Dorothy Emily Phillips Galloway. Surviving is a daughter, Kathryn Kennedy Burger of Enoree. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.
