Lottie Lee McKeown, 96, of Mauldin, widow of Arthur H. McKeown, died Thursday, October 25, 2012.

Born in Sevierville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Robert Anderson and Zelian Fish Shelton.

Mrs. McKeown was a retired employee of the Greenville County Detention Center. She was a member of Laurens Road Church of God.

Surviving are two sons, Ronnie McKeown and wife, Claudette, of Travelers Rest and Dean McKeown and wife, Janice, of Mauldin; a sister, Ruby Baker of Mauldin; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Baxter of Lexington, SC; four grandchildren, Cyndi Williams, Lamar McKeown, Jennifer Warren, Amanda McKeown; and three great grandchildren.

Mrs. McKeown was predeceased by a son, Arthur H. McKeown, Jr.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 28, 2012 from 12:15 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast, 1604 NE Main St. Simpsonville, SC 29681. The Funeral Service will follow in the Southeast Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

The family will be at the home of her son, Ronnie McKeown, 40 Grimson Glory Way, in Travelers Rest.
