Clarence "C.A" Stephens, Jr., 68, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Charles George VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Clarence Arthur and Mitzi Inez Stephens, Sr. Mr. Stephens was a US Army Veteran of Vietnam, and was a member of Reedy River Baptist Church. Surviving are one son: Jason Stephens; a lifelong friend: Mayola Gibson; and two granddogs: Daisy and Tadpole. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Earl Stephens. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 at Reedy River Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Reedy River Baptist Church. The family will be at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Reedy River Baptist Church, 871 By Pass 25 North, Greenville, SC 29617.
