Clara Heaton, 87, wife of Robert M. Heaton died peacefully April 29, 2013 at her home in Taylors, SC. Mrs. Heaton was born in Waukon, Iowa on May 19, 1925. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Emma Schmidt. Surviving are her husband, five children, eleven grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was predeceased by her brother and four sisters.
She was a current member of St. Andrews Presbyterian and a former member of John Knox Presbyterian Church.
Memorial service will be on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 3 o'clock at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church with visitation following.
Memorials may be made to Greenville Meals on Wheels.
