Cheryl Norine Ballenger Ross, 61, of 125 Pink Dill Mill Road, died May 8, 2013 at her residence.

A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Gordon and Constance Norine Joyce Ballenger, she was an apartment manager and a member of Apalache Baptist Church.

Surviving is her husband, Kenny Ross of the home; one sister, Sharon Smith of Union and one granddaughter Taylor Ross.

Mrs. Ross was predeceased by one son, Kenneth Richard "Richey" Ross, Jr., and one brother Ernie Ballenger.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Eddie Cooper and Rev. Joe Price. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Mead Cook, Trent Staton, Blair Wolfe, Shane Johnson and Reggie Ross.

Visitation will be held 2:30-4:00 p.m. Friday at Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.

Memorials may be made to Ark Hospice, 101 Grace Drive, Easley, S.C. 29640.
